• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer; we’ll provide an estimated completion date at checkout.

• Shipping Methods: We ship primarily via USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Local pickup in Charlottesville, VA is available by appointment.

• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package is in the hands of USPS/UPS, Blithe is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist you with filing a claim.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

• Shipping Fees: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
