1. CHOOSE DESIGN
Guests choose pre-approved designs to go on embroidery for in-store items or personal pieces, transforming each garment into something entirely their own.
2. JOIN THE QUEUE
Items join the queue for stitching and customers are texted once their design is complete.
3. PICK UP COMPLETED EMBROIDERY
Once stitched, no piece can be replicated—turning gifts, clothing, and accessories into lasting keepsakes with meaning beyond the moment.
